Mr. Hannon's most recent success was to zealously advocate to the court that his client's rehabilitation efforts over 15 years warranted a reduction in sentence, from an original sentence of 55 years to run his sentences concurrently, effectively allowing him to leave prison within a week. Mr. Hannon was also successful in getting his client's life sentence modified to 45 years, to more accurately reflect the his rehabilitation and growth in the case of State of Maryland v. Maurice Hutton in the Circuit Court of Prince George's County, Maryland.
